with VIP Limousine of San Francisco, a
non-refundable deposit is included.
Question: What type
of vehicle will I get for my VIP Limousine Tour?
Answer: Depending on the
number of people who sign up for the limousine tour, your limo tour will be
in either a stretch
Lincoln limo (6- or 10-passenger sizes), an SUV limo (Hummer, Ford
Excursion, or Lincoln Navigator), or a luxury limo bus.
Question: Do you offer children and
senior discounts for your limousine tours?
Answer: Of course! Children 2-4 years old can ride on a lap and
take our limo tours for free. A 10% discount for all limo tours is given
for children ages 5-12 and senior citizens (over
70). Sorry, we do not allow infants (under 2 years
old) on our luxury limousine tours.

How do reservation cancellations work?
Answer:
Customers who cancel at least 72 hours before the tour departure will not
be charged anything. Customers who cancel less than 72 hours before
the tour departure will be charged the full price for the tour. It
costs us to make sure all our tour limos are available ahead of time!
Question: Are your limousine tours ever cancelled due to bad weather?
Answer: Inclement weather is rare in the beautiful state of California.
If the weather seems that it will adversely affect the limo tour and/or
the safety of our customers, then yes, on those rare occasions, we may
cancel a tour. In those cases, all
customers will, of course, receive a full refund. Again, cancellation
of one of our luxury limo tours is rare. Our limo tours are designed
for fun, luxury and class no matter what the skies may bring!
Question: What if not enough tickets are
sold for a limousine tour - might it be cancelled?
Answer: If the minimum number of
tickets has not been sold, then yes, a limo tour may be cancelled.
However, because of our variety of vehicle options for our limo tours, we
can be flexible. A minimum of only six people is needed for a tour
to take place. Question:
Do I have to travel to the limousine tour's origin? Can I be picked up?
Answer: All of our luxury limousine tours begin from wherever you
would like to be picked up! They are designed for comfort and
convenience: a free pick-up from anywhere in San Francisco is included in
every VIP Limo Tour. A small extra fee is charged for a pick-up
anywhere in the wider Bay Area.

in the summer (with a jacket in case of fog!) and warmer layers in the
winter. A
thick coat should never be necessary, except for our Lake Tahoe/Reno Limo
Tour in the winter.
